PETALING JAYA: The High Court has decided against Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli, Datuk Bistamam Ramli and Datuk Lim Kheng Yew in the suit brought by Axiata Group Bhd's wholly-owned unit Technology Resources Industries Bhd (TRI) to reclaim RM37.84mil in compensation payments, Employees Provident Fund (EPF) contributions and incentive payments paid to the trio when they were directors of the latter.
