Effective Prosecution and Conducting Proper Domestic Inquiry
CCH Malaysia is organizing a workshop titled Effective Prosecution and Conducting Proper Domestic Inquiry on 6 and 7 March 2011 at Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Workshop will enable participants to understand the importance of prosecuting effectively against a delinquent employee and holding a proper domestic inquiry (DI) as well as adhering to strict procedural requirements in order to withstand the scrutiny of the Industrial Court in the dismissal of an employee.
